When the smart reader is on for your account, it does a second pass to fix what a plain scan gets wrong: a title that came out in scattered capitals, a question that ran into the next line, a tick box it nearly missed. You still review it. It just gives you a cleaner starting point.
Your spreadsheet, matched for you
Client lists never come in a tidy shape. One export calls it Full Name, another calls it Client, a third splits it into first and last. Bookatu matches your headings to the right fields for you, so a column called Mobile lands in the phone field and Email Address lands in email. Fewer dropped columns, fewer rows skipped, less cleaning up by hand.
