Bookatu works out every booking in real minutes, never by clock-face sums. An assistant sends a time with its offset, or on your clock, and a time with no offset is refused. On the days the clocks change, a time that doesn't exist is never offered, and one that happens twice is never guessed.
Tell Bookatu which city your client is in, and the booking keeps both clocks: their emails show theirs too. A morning slot in Auckland, for a client in Toronto:

On Sunday, 25 October the clocks in London go back, so 1:30 am happens twice. Asked for it, Bookatu answers TIME_AMBIGUOUS with both times, and the assistant asks which one you meant:

Only what the connection allows, and never more than the person who approved it can do. An API key gets only the scopes you tick. What it reads, including client names and contact details when it may see clients, goes to the AI provider you use, under that provider's terms. Clients' intake form answers never leave your dashboard.
No. No tool deletes anything, and campaigns can only be saved as drafts for you to send from your dashboard. With Read and write it can cancel a booking, and the client is told.
