Exporting your data
Your data is yours. Take a copy whenever you want.
What it is
A way to download your information, such as your client list, your bookings and your payment records, as files you can open in a spreadsheet. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business on Bookatu.
Why it helps
You are never locked in. You can back things up, share figures with your accountant, or move on if you ever need to, with your data in hand.
How to use it
- 1Open Clients to export your client list.
- 2Use the Tax or payments area to export your sales and payment records as a CSV, or a Xero or QuickBooks file.
- 3Keep the file somewhere safe, or hand it to your accountant.
