Pay as you go: no monthly fee

What it is

An alternative to a monthly plan. Instead of a fixed fee, you pay 8 dollars per team member each month, with a five dollar minimum in any month you have staff. A month with no team costs nothing. It follows the size of your team, not how busy you are.

Why it helps

It removes the risk of paying a subscription before the bookings are coming in, which suits new, seasonal or quiet-some-months businesses, and the price only moves when you add or remove a team member.

How to use it

1. 1See the pricing page and the live estimator to work out what it would cost for the size of your team.
2. 2Text-message reminders and large photo galleries are optional paid add-ons, not part of the base rate.
3. 3Once your team settles, a monthly plan usually works out cheaper, and we tell you when to switch so you never overpay.
