Share a private class or clinic link

What it is

You can make a group class or clinic private, so it does not show on your public booking page. You then share a link with the people you want, on WhatsApp or in a group chat, and only they can see the sessions and book. You can even copy a link for one specific session.

Why it helps

It is made for a members-only clinic, a private group, or a one-off session you only want certain people to join. The class stays hidden from the public, but the people with the link can book in seconds.

How to use it

1. 1Open Services and find your group class. On its row, open the '...' menu and choose 'Make private (link-only)'. A 'Private' badge appears.
2. 2From the same menu, choose 'Copy private link' to copy the link for the whole class, then paste it into a message.
3. 3To share one specific date, open Manage sessions and use the 'Copy link' button on that session. The person lands straight on that session to book.
4. 4To put the class back on your public page, open the '...' menu and choose 'Make public'.
