Run video appointments with Google Meet

Add a Google Meet link to online bookings, set per service.

What it is

A way to run appointments by video instead of in person. You connect one business Google account, turn on the master switch, then mark which services are video calls. Bookings for those services get a Google Meet link in the confirmation email, and the appointment also lands on that Google Calendar. Included on every plan.

Why it helps

It lets you offer consults, follow-ups and online sessions without making meeting links by hand. The right link is in every confirmation, so clients just turn up. In-person services stay untouched, so a mixed business runs both at once.

How to use it

  1. 1Open Settings and tap Payment options. Find 'Google for video meetings' and press Connect Google. Sign in with the one business Google account you want to use. You should then see 'Connected as' with that address.
  2. 2Open Settings and tap Booking rules. Turn on 'Add a Google Meet link to online bookings'. This is the master switch for video appointments.
  3. 3Open Services and edit a service you run by video. Turn on 'Online / video call' and save. Do this for each video service, and leave it off for your in-person ones.
  4. 4Test it with a booking for that service. A Google Meet link is created with the booking, and the confirmation email shows a 'Join the video call' button. The appointment also appears on the connected Google Calendar.
  5. 5If a team member has linked their own Google Calendar with sync turned on, that person's video bookings use their Google account instead of the business one. Otherwise everything runs through the business account you connected.
