Win back clients automatically

What it is

Bookatu watches each client's own visit rhythm and, when someone slips past it, automatically emails them a friendly win-back offer to bring them back in. It runs on its own from your settings, so no one has to remember who has gone quiet.

Why it helps

Lapsed clients are revenue you have already earned once, and a gentle nudge at the right time wins them back before they find somewhere else. Because it sends itself, you get those visits back with zero manual work and nobody slips through the cracks.

How to use it

1. 1Open Settings and tap Messaging & retention.
2. 2Turn on "Send win-back offers to clients we have not seen in a while".
3. 3Set "First win-back after" (for example 45 days) for a gentle nudge, and "Second win-back after" (for example 90 days) for a stronger offer.
4. 4Edit the "Win-back message" to include a reason to return, like 15% off their next visit, then Save. Only clients with an email who agreed to marketing are ever contacted.
5. 5Check progress any time under Grow, Retention: the win-back queue shows who is drifting, and you can send one early with a tap if you want.
