Wallet credit and loyalty
How gift cards, packages and points are spent automatically.
What it is
Every client has a 'wallet'. Gift cards, packages and membership credit all add to it. When they book or pay, their wallet is used first, including covering a deposit so they need no card. Loyalty points reward repeat visits.
Why it helps
It just works for the client. They never have to remember a code, and credit pulls them back to spend it with you.
How to use it
- 1Nothing to set up for the wallet, it is automatic.
- 2Turn on loyalty points and rewards under Settings.
