Share photo galleries with your clients

What it is

If you take photos for clients (a photographer, or before-and-after shots in a salon or clinic), you can share a private gallery with each client inside their own booking account. They see watermarked previews, heart the ones they love, and download the full-resolution files once their picks are settled.

Why it helps

It replaces emailing huge files or paying for a separate gallery tool. Your work is protected, since previews are low-resolution with a baked-in watermark, so nobody can take the finished photos before they pay, and you can charge for extra shots beyond a client's included set.

How to use it

1. 1Open a client from Clients, then upload their shoot under Photos. Keep 'Watermarked proof' on so previews are protected.
2. 2Set how many photos are included and the price per extra, then switch the photos to Shared. They appear in that client's private gallery.
3. 3Send the gallery: use 'Send gallery to client' to email a secure link, or copy the link and send it your own way. The link lasts 30 days.
4. 4The client hearts their favourites and pays for any extras. Full-resolution downloads unlock once their selection is settled.
5. 5Watch your storage on the Galleries page. If you run low you can add storage in 25 GB packs.
