We only count people you saw in the last 90 days
Your plan is sized on the people who walked in during the last 90 days, not on everyone in your database. The window rolls forward every day, so the number falls in a quiet quarter and rises in a busy one, and your bill follows it both ways.
- Keep 7,000 clients, or 70,000. There is no cap on your list and nobody is ever deleted from it.
- Someone who visits three times in the window is one person, not three.
- A quiet quarter costs less. The count goes down on its own, no downgrade request needed.

How does the pricing work?
You pay by the number of clients you actively serve, not by how many staff you have. Every plan includes every feature; you only move up a plan as your active-client count grows.
What counts as an active client?
Anyone who booked or trained with you in the last 90 days. Old or inactive clients on your list never count, so you only pay for the people you are actually serving right now.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Unlike marketplaces, we charge one simple monthly fee and take 0% of your booking revenue. When a client pays online, Stripe charges its standard processing fee directly (that is Stripe's fee, not ours) and the rest is yours.
What happens after the free trial?
Everything is free for 90 days with no card required. Near the end we will ask you to add a card, then your plan continues automatically based on your active-client count. Your data is never deleted.
Can I change plans later?
You never have to. As you cross into a bigger plan we simply move you up, and back down if you get quieter. Changes apply from your next billing date.
How do client deposits work?
You connect your own Stripe account, so deposits land directly in your bank. We never touch your booking revenue.
