Managing staff, rooms and chairs
Keep several team members, rooms or chairs booked without clashes.
What it is
As well as staff, you can set up rooms or chairs as bookable resources. Bookatu makes sure a service that needs a room only books when both the right person and a free room are available, and it can pick a free room for you.
Why it helps
No more double-booked rooms or two people needing the same chair. Your busiest days run smoothly because the calendar knows what each booking needs.
How to use it
- 1Add your team under Settings, Team and tick the services each person does.
- 2Add your rooms or chairs as resources, and link them to the services that need them.
- 3Let Bookatu pick a free room automatically, or set one yourself on the booking.
- 4The calendar shows each person and resource, so you can spot clashes at a glance.
