Set how much notice you need, and protect deposits on late cancels.
What it is
A cancellation window is the notice you ask clients to give before changing or cancelling. Cancel inside the window and any deposit can be forfeited.
Why it helps
A clear, fair policy protects your time without feeling harsh, and the deposit rule discourages last-minute drop-offs.
How to use it
- 1Set your cancellation window (in hours) in Settings.
- 2Clients see the policy when they book and in their confirmation.
- 3When a client cancels, the slot reopens and is offered to your waitlist automatically.
