Follow up with people who didn't finish booking

What it is

When someone begins booking (or buying a package or gift card) and leaves their contact details but does not finish, Bookatu saves them as a lead. You find them under Leads, and new enquiries also appear on your dashboard home.

Why it helps

These are warm prospects who were one step from booking. A quick call or message often turns them into a real booking, and replying fast is the single biggest thing that wins them.

How to use it

1. 1Open Leads (under Messages) to see everyone who started but did not finish.
2. 2Each row has one-tap call and email buttons. Reach out while it is fresh.
3. 3Mark a lead as contacted once you have reached them, or dismiss it if it is not worth chasing.
4. 4New enquiries also surface on your dashboard home so none go cold.
