What it is

When a new client messages you, the assistant replies using your real services, prices and hours, and sends your booking link. It hands anything tricky (like a complaint) to a human. It only ever talks about your business, and politely declines anything off topic.

You capture clients who message after hours or while you are with someone, without hiring a receptionist.

How to use it

  1. 1Go to Clients, Channels and turn on 'Auto-reply'.
  2. 2The free version answers booking, hours and price questions.
  3. 3The smarter AI version (an add-on) writes natural replies. It needs an AI key configured.
