Installing Bookatu as an app

What it is

Bookatu can be installed straight from your web browser, so it sits on your home screen like any other app. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Why it helps

You get a home-screen icon, a full-screen app feel, and one tap to open. It loads faster on repeat visits, and it works both for you as the owner and for your clients on your booking page.

How to use it

1. 1On Android, Chrome or a desktop browser: look for the Install app button and tap it, then confirm. Your browser adds Bookatu to your home screen or apps.
2. 2On an iPhone or iPad, Safari has no install button, so do it by hand: tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up), choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
3. 3Installing adds an icon and opens Bookatu full screen. It is the same Bookatu, your login and data are unchanged, and it updates itself automatically, so you never reinstall.
4. 4Your clients can install your booking page the same way, which makes rebooking with you a single tap next time.
