# The client portal

Let clients view their visits and get a receipt, with no password.

## What it is

A simple page where a client can sign in with a one-time email link to see their upcoming and past visits, and print a receipt.

## Why it helps

Clients can self-serve without calling you, and a tidy receipt looks professional and saves you admin.

## How to use it

1. Clients open your booking site and choose 'My visits'.
2. They enter their email and get a secure sign-in link, no password to remember.
3. From there they can view visits and print or save a receipt.
