# Set up a daily checklist for your team

Build a daily task list your staff and trainees tick off on their phones. It resets every morning.

## What it is

A daily checklist for your team. The opening jobs, the cleaning between clients, the end-of-day close, all in one list. Your staff open it on their phone, tap each task as they finish it, and you see who did what. Salons can load a ready-made list in one tap and edit it to fit.

## Why it helps

It keeps your standards the same on every shift, whoever is on. A new starter knows exactly what to do without asking, and you get a clear record of what was done and by whom, which matters for hygiene and for training a junior.

## How to use it

1. Open Checklist under Home. If you run a salon, spa, barber or nail bar, tap 'Load salon checklist' to start with a ready-made list, then change anything you like.
2. Add your own tasks with 'Add a task'. Give each one a section like Opening or Closing, an optional group, and when it should be done: Open, After each client, Every hour, Daily or Close.
3. Share the checklist link with your team. They open it on their phone, sign in, and tick tasks as they go. Each tick records their name.
4. Check the 'Today' panel to see who ticked what and at what time. The list clears itself each morning, ready for the next shift.
5. Turn a task off if you do not need it today, or delete it for good.
