# Retention and win-backs

Automatically nudge clients who are due back.

## What it is

The app notices when a regular has not been in for a while and can send a friendly win-back message, plus birthday and thank-you notes.

## Why it helps

Clients drift away quietly. A gentle nudge at the right time brings them back before they find somewhere else.

## How to use it

1. Go to Grow, Retention to see who is due a nudge.
2. Turn on automatic win-backs, birthdays and thank-yous under Settings.
