# No-show shield

Charge a deposit only to clients who are a real risk.

## What it is

A smart version of deposits. It looks at each client's history. Loyal regulars with a clean record book with no deposit. New clients or anyone with past no-shows are asked for a deposit.

## Why it helps

You protect yourself from no-shows without putting up a barrier for your best, most loyal clients. They get a friction-free booking, you stay protected.

## How to use it

1. Connect Stripe and set a deposit amount first.
2. Turn on 'No-show shield' under Settings.
3. That is it. The app decides per client who needs to pay.
