# Missed-call text-back and callbacks

Never lose a client to a missed call.

## What it is

When you miss a call, the system can capture the number as a callback so you can follow up, instead of the lead going cold.

## Where texts work

Texts from Bookatu's numbers are not available yet.

With your own Twilio number connected, your texts are not limited to these countries.

## Why it helps

A missed call is often a missed booking. Catching it as a callback turns a lost lead into a booking.

## How to use it

1. Missed calls and enquiries appear under Callbacks.
2. Call or message back, or send your booking link.
3. Mark the callback done once handled.
