# Gift cards

Sell gift cards online that clients redeem against any service.

## What it is

Clients buy a gift card on your booking site. The value lands in the recipient's account (their 'wallet') and is used automatically at their next visit.

## Why it helps

Gift cards are money in the bank today for services later, and they bring in brand new clients (the people receiving them).

*See every gift card and its remaining balance, issue one by hand with no payment, or check and redeem a code at the counter.*

## How to use it

1. Clients buy from the Gift cards link on your booking site.
2. You can also issue one manually under Catalog, Gift cards.
3. Connect Stripe so online purchases can be paid.
