How to reach a human, and how to report a problem.

## What it is

If you are stuck or something is not working, you can get in touch with our team. We would also love to hear about bugs and ideas, the small things that would make your day easier.

## Why it helps

You are not on your own. A quick message often saves an hour of guessing, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

## How to use it

1. Look for the Help or Support link in the app to get in touch.
2. Reply to any email we have sent you, that reaches us too.
3. When reporting a problem, tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
