# Client notes and photos

Keep treatment notes, colour formulas, allergies and before/after photos on each client.

## What it is

A private record on each client where your team can add timestamped notes (formulas, preferences, allergies) and before and after photos. Important notes can be pinned to the top.

## Why it helps

Every visit feels personal and consistent, even with a different team member. Pinned allergy notes keep clients safe, and before/after photos show progress.

## How to use it

1. Open a client from Clients.
2. Add a note in the Notes section, and pin allergies or formulas so they show first.
3. Upload before/after photos in the Photos section. They are visible to your team only.
